About us
Gery's Hair Design is a multi-purpose beauty salon in Johnson City, New York, that provides professional services for men, women, and children of all ages. Our professional services for men and women include hair replacements and full wigs for chemotherapy and alopecia patients. Our beauty salon offers hair cuts, colors, perms, highlights, and more.
Who we are
Gery's Hair Design takes great pride in providing a specialty service that is not offered in other wig salons. Our professionals offer fitting and maintenance in private rooms with complete confidentiality. Customers come back because we offer professional services in a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. We also offer positive feedback, explaining how we can help them feel better and replacing lost confidence.
Our History
Gery Hart started in just a three-chair barbershop, growing the business since opening its doors in 1962. The beauty salon has been expanded four times, with our present location being the fourth offering seven employees who provide quality, professional barbering, styling, and beauty services for our clients. The wig salon opened in the '70s, and was soon followed by men's and women's hair replacement therapy in partnership with Apollo™.
